  • – Contact specialist offices and other facilities as needed
  • – Contact vendors to order medical equipment

Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Accounting Clerk for a growing healthcare company in New Braunfels, TX.

Responsibilities
  • – Managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing checks, cash receipts, general journal entries and related expenditure vouchers.
  • – Creating and receiving purchase orders in SAGE accounting system
  • – Receiving cash and credit card receipts and maintaining cash control records.
  • – Preparing deposits and bank reconciliations; and other duties as appropriate for an Accountant I.
  • – Ensure work is completed accurately and timely.
  • – Collecting, posting and managing account payments, and submitting claims and following up with insurance companies.
